Who is Lenn Goldmann ?

 

Lenn Goldmann, a native of Northern California, has been a wildlife artist for more than twenty years. Lenn has fished and hiked the Santa Cruz Mountains, the Sierra Nevada, the Swiss Alps, the Oregon Cascades, and the rivers of Alaska. Lenn's work reflects these experiences using watercolor on paper as his medium.

His style is reminiscent of Winslow Homer and of the American Plein Air Painters in its format and content, although, the color and composition are more contemporary in nature. Lenn's work has been seen on the advertising publication covers and brochures of several national companies, and in many fly fishing and sporting magazines. Lenn's paintings are printed on greeting cards and his watercolors have been reproduced on clothing sold in Japan, Canada, and the United States.

Lenn is a member of the Downtown Chico business association.

Lenn is a member of the Chico Chamber of Commerce

Lenn is a faculty member of the CSU Chico Department of Art and Art History

Lenn is an instructor at CSU Chico and is helping students find their artistic instincts.
